действующее предприятие
Предприятие, рассматриваемое при оценке бизнеса как нормально действующее и которое будет продолжать нормально действовать в обозримой перспективе. Предполагается, что у предприятия нет ни намерения, ни необходимости провести ликвидацию или существенно сократить масштабы своей деятельности. Если же такое намерение или необходимость существуют, то финансовые отчеты и прогнозы приходится составлять на другой основе. Принятие предпосылки о действующем предприятии позволяет оценивать бизнес по стоимости выше ликвидационной и имеет существенное значение для установления рыночной стоимости бизнеса. принцип непрерывности деятельности
1. Предположение о том, что, при отсутствии доказательств обратного, компания будет продолжать свое существование до тех пор, пока (как минимум) не возместит стоимость своих активов через поступления от заказчиков.
2. Принцип допущения непрерывности деятельности, означающий, что организация будет продолжать свою деятельность в обозримом будущем и у нее отсутствуют намерения и необходимость ликвидации или существенного сокращения деятельности и, следовательно, обязательства будут погашаться в установленном порядке (п. 7 ПБУ 1/98).
